He was predeceased by: his parents, Columbus Elijah Mulkey and Margaret Key Mulkey of Virginia; and his sister Marsha Delaine Reeves. He is survived by: his wife Anne Madden Mulkey of Carrollton; his son Eric; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Robinson of Mt. Zion; his daughter LeAnn; his son-in-law Levi Bly of Carrollton; his son Cody; his daughter-in-law Lindsey Mulkey of Yorkville, GA; his sister Sherry Darlene; his brother-in-law John Medders of Heflin, AL; his brothers, Charles Wesley Mulkey of Carrollton and Mark Dwayne (Toi Mulkey); and his grandchildren, Ashton Robinson, Noah Robinson, Jaiden Hatfield, Cora Mulkey, Elijah Mulkey and Zoe Ruth Bly.
