He is survived by: his children, Tamra Wakefield, Janet (Owen Walker), Roger Wakefield and Jamey (Kim Wakefield); his grandchildren, David Simmons (Olivia Wilson), Emily Denney (Russ) and Rachel Wakefield; and his siblings, Larry Wakefield of Bear Creek, Ala, Faye Donaldson of Haleyville, Ala, Clara Stults of Haleyville, Ala, Betty Baccus of Hackleburg, Ala and Julie Poston of Hamilton, Ala. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
