It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Albert Whitener (Cartersville, Georgia), who passed away on February 19, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie J. Whitener and Nellie Ray Whitener; and his wife Kathy Ann Whitener. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Guthas (David) and Dustin Whitener; his grandson Cody Bearden (Mandi); his great grandchild Beaux Bearden; his siblings, Mildred Darnell, Pat Elrod (Donnie) and Linda Sipple; and his close friends, Gracie Mahan and Jason Childers.
