He is survived by: his parent Mildred Lewis Spradley; his wife Brenda Edmondson Spradley; his children, Kelley Hendrix (Stacy) of Adairsville and Camille Spradley (Mike) of Cartersville; his grandchildren, Spencer Hendrix, Kameron Hendrix of Adairsville, Reily Spradley-Mount and Charlotte Spradley-Mount of Cartersville; and his siblings, Susan Spradley Stephens (Ron) of Cartersville, Vivian Alexander of McDonough and Steven Spradley (Debi) of Cartersville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
