She was predeceased by: her son Gregory "Wade" Martin; and her siblings, Arlissa White, John Hartsfield, Trudy White, David Hartsfield, Hubert Hartsfield, Max Hartsfield and Tony Hartsfield.

She is survived by: her children, Davis "Michael" Martin and Cathy Gilliland (Charlie); her grandchildren, Greg Martin, Chrissy Crump (Rockey), Corrie Cabe (Tony) and Josh Brown (Miranda); and her sisters, Ruby Biddy, Gladys Johnson and Eva Mae Jones. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
