He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Carden; his son Terry Carden; his brothers, Wayne Carden, Tommy Carden, Billy Carden and Donnie Carden; and his parents, William Carden and Nettie Carden.
He is survived by: his children, Bridget Weiss (Jason) and Danny Carden; his sister Doris Vice; and his grandchildren, Jackson Weiss, Jacob Weiss and Joseph Weiss. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
