It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Evans of Cartersville, Georgia, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Ira Edmondson and Evelyn Mae Chastain; her husband John Alfred Evans; and her brother Rodney Edmondson. She is survived by: her daughters, Krista Henley (William) and Ina Evans; her grandchildren, Shelby Kay Henley and Lane Evan Keeton; her siblings, Ronnie Edmondson (Jan), Pamela Edmondson Southerland (Michael) and Brenda Edmondson Spradley; and her sister-in-law Carolina Lane. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
