She was predeceased by: her sons, Jack Phillip Brownlow and Roger Dee Brownlow; her parents, Hilary Randolph and Anna Merle Barmer; and her brother David Barmer.

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia B. Smith (Matthew) and Russell Jay Brownlow Sr. (Lynnell); her grandchildren, Jessica Carter (John), Nathan Smith (Anna), Jennifer Brownlow, Kayleigh Brownlow, Abigail Brownlow, Russell Brownlow Jr., Asher Brownlow and Gannon Brownlow; and her sisters, Phyllis Smith (Bobby) and Gloria Powell (Johnny).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Parnick Jennings Funeral Home & Cremation Services (430 Cassville Rd, Cartersville, GA 30120).
