She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wesley Goodwin and Minnie Pearl Helton Goodwin; her husband Floyd Lee "Junior" Hazlewood; and her siblings, Baby Josephine Goodwin and Charles.
She is survived by: her children, Elvie Sutton of Cartersville, Beverly Broadaway (Darryl) of Cartersville, Jo Anne Miller (Frank) of Cartersville and Joe Lee (Pam) of Cartersville; her sisters-in-law, Juanita Goodwin, Barbara Ann Goodwin and Joyce Goodwin; her grandchildren, Jessica Wells (Steve), Jason Hazlewood (Tiffany), Brandon Broadaway (Ashton) and Cody Broadaway; and her great grandchildren, Brooke Wells, Courtney Hazlewood, Alexis Wells, Kalyrie Wells, Jordan Hazlewood and Asher Broadaway.
Flowers will be accepted, but for those who choose, donations may be made to Oak Grove Baptist Church. Donations may be sent to P.O. Box 585 in Cassville, Georgia 30123.
