He is survived by: his parent Alice Amanda Bobo Howell; his wife Thelma Howell; his children, Debbie Eberhart (Nathan) of Cartersville, GA and Tommy Howell (Jane) of Chapel Hill, TN; his grandchildren, Laura English and Clay Howell; and his great grandchildren, Gabby Howell and Abigail English.
