She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Gentry and Isabell Jenkins Gentry; her daughter Kelly Staines; her sons-in-law, Walter Bohannon and Mark Davison; her great grandchild Natalie Macfalda; and her siblings, Daniel Gentry, Richard Gentry (Edna), Felton Gentry (Faye), Dillard Gentry (Barbara), Lucille Cole (Renis) and Christine Maxwell (Noble).
She is survived by : her daughters, Patty Puckett (Billy), Janice Davison, Tracy Bohannon and Carol Turner; her grandchildren, Rustin Puckett, Taryn Puckett, Nicholas Davison (Annsley), Mallory Davison, Devin Lochridge, Allison Staines, Megan Turner and Lynze Donnelly (Aaron); her great grandchildren, McKenley Lochridge, Madalynn Lochridge, Nolan Lochridge, Natalie Lochridge and Maddox Ballew; her siblings, Myrtle Cantrell, Lula Moore (Earl), Nellie Forsyth, Ellen Bennett (John), Clyde Gentry (Liz) and Harold Gentry (Donna Sue); and her sister-in-law Doris Gentry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
