He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Wade and Lilly Evans Wade; his wife Betty Jo Silvers Wade; his daughter Linda Charlene Wade; and his siblings, Junior, James Wade, Ann Smith, Eva Maxwell, Joyce Mathis, Katie White and Margie Barrett.
He is survived by: his sons, Darryl Wade (Vicky), Douglas Wade and Dennis Wade (Adean); his sister Betty Sligh; his grandchildren, Samantha Fincher (Reid), Brianna Wade, Dusty Wade (Caitlin) and Sara Beth Baum (Devin); and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Madelyn Jo Fincher and Alyee Ray. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
