He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry T. Decker and Gladys Gayton Decker; and his brother Allen Decker. He is survived by: his wife Florence Ross Decker; his sons, Michael Decker (Tammy) and Rodney Decker; his grandchildren, Brett Decker, Diane Alred (Patrick), Karley Powell and Emily Decker; his great grandchildren, Makayla, Kinsley and Weston; his sisters, Angie Simpson (Doug), Margie Decker and Gale Gilmer (Bryan); and his sisters-in-law, Frances Collum, Evelyn Emery and Betty Bradley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
