She is survived by: her children, Linda Ham, Johnny Middlebrooks, Jr., Andre Ricco Perkinson, Walter Jerome Perkinson, Cicero Santana Perkinson and Eric Perkinson; and her siblings, Hazel Sullivan (Eugene), Elizabeth Ann Brown, Rev. John Brown (Ruby Jewell), Jimmy Lee Brown (Rosalyn) and Eugene Brown (Deborah). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, eleven great great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
