He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy "Buddy" Edward Bell, Sr. and Ruth Gossett Bell; and his close friend Dane Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Worthington Bell; his children, Leigh Ann Harrell (Craig), Roy Bell III (Diana), Kim Boiles (Jesse), Sherry Kay and Lewis Thompson; his close friend Millard Payne; and his mother-in-law Alice Bell. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
