He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Carter and Christine Carter; and his siblings, Willie, Lawrence, Tony, Earnestine and Carolyn.
He is survived by: his daughters, LaQueta and Michelle; his grandchildren, Quinterika, Kenjuan, Jalen, Katelyn Samples and Baby Quelaya; his sister-in-law Brenda Carson; and his nieces and nephews, Aaron, Greg, Gwen Tanner and Cynthia Carson.
Due to COVID-19 regulations and guidelines, physical distancing practices will be in place, and MASK ARE REQUIRED for those that will be attending the service.
