He was predeceased by: his parents, Dee Puckett and Nellie Carroll Puckett; and his wife Mary Cade Cobb Puckett. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Copeland (Anthony), Dwayne Puckett, Greg Puckett and Renee' Denton (Mark); and his grandchildren, Sharon Traywick (Adam), Jonathan Copeland (Kali), Allison Reed (Clifton), Ellye Puckett and Reese Denton.
