She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Smith and Minnes Lee Stephens Smith; and her siblings, George Smith, Jr., Robert Smith, Edward Smith and Catherine Smith.
She is survived by: her husband James T. Laminack; her daughter Andrea Burgess; her grandchildren, Rebecca Burgess and Thomas Burgess; and her siblings, Billy Ray Smith (Caroline), Melvin Smtih (Joan), Mike Smith (Shelia), Shirley Smith, Betty Smith and Edna Stephens.
