She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Jarrell and Marie Jarrell; her granddaughter Carol Ann Marie Riding; her brother David DuWayne Jarrell; and her brother-in-law Randy Winkles.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Winkles; her children, Jennifer Riding (Eric), Doyle Winkles (Kayla) and Jason Winkles (Katie); her grandchildren, Shyanna Hernandez, Sara Riding, Andolyn Winkles, Jaxson Riding, Mordecai Winkles, Roselyn Winkles, Waylon Winkles, Phoebe Riding, Sophie Riding and Cassidy Riding; her great grandchild Lainey Hernandez; and her sisters, Gail Knight (Ricky), Brenda Wright (Jimmy) and Lori Norris (Jimmy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Chapel of Smith & Miller Funeral Home (1000 N Main St, Cedartown, GA 30125). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
