She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Parish and Janie Daniel Parish. She is survived by: her husband James Everett Bell; her daughters, Lorissa Noble (Greg) and Aletha Montgomery (Tony); her grandchildren, Matthew Montgomery (Brittany), Megan Pope (Justin), James Mark Montgomery (Emmy), Joshua Noble (Heather) and Kevin Noble (Stephanie); and her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Mattalynn, Alexis, Brynlee, Charlee Beth, Everett, McKinley Jo, Maesyn Jane and Reece.
In accordance with the guidelines and recommendations set forth by the CDC, social distancing guidelines will be in place as well as the use of masks are required for all services provided for Mrs. Chelma Bell.
The family has requested no flowers; however, donations can be made to Victory Baptist Church, 15 Hendrix Road, Rockmart, GA 30153.
