It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Hackney of Cedartown, Georgia, who passed away on February 22, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Clara Hackney to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther M. Forrister and Sally Malone Forrister; her daughter Janet Sue Hackney; her daughter-in-law Sharon Hackney; and her siblings, Dovie Dingler, Lovella Shiflett, Ella Forrister, Tulane Spann, Polly Forrister, Luther Forrister, John C. Forrister, Dave Forrister, Bill Forrister and Ralph Forrister.
She is survived by: her son Danny Hackney; her granddaughter Lauren; and her great grandchild Liam Carmichael. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The family has asked that flowers please be omitted and Memorial donations be made to the Pine Bower Baptist Church 100 Pine Bower Rd. Cedartown Ga. 30125 or a charity of your choice.
