He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Alvin Chandler and Freddie Gilliam Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Robin Whorton Chandler; his children, Kristen Chandler DuPree (Dusty) of Alpharetta and Kevin Douglas Chandler of Cedartown; his grandchildren, Tatum June Chandler, Ryland Wayne DuPree and Brant Robert Chandler; his sister Carol Chandler Townsend (Michael) of Cedartown; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Whorton Simpson (Neal) of Trussville and Robert Scott Whorton of Nashville. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and nieces.
The family will receive flowers; however, they recommend donations be made in his memory to First Baptist Church Memorial Fund, 101 N. College St. Cedartown, GA 30125.
