He is survived by: his children, Bill West and Lori Hess; his grandchildren, David West (Kristan), Richey West, Brandon West (Anna) and Tyler Hess (Adrienne); his great grandchildren, Katie West and Michael West; and his siblings, Jim Troy (Prissy), Bonnie Levenson (Judd) and Donna Duncan (Fred). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the local VA in memory of Mr. Troy.
