He was predeceased by: his father William Howard Womack, Sr.; and his grandmother Edna Watson. He is survived by: his wife Tina Horton Womack; his sons, Chad Womack (Crystal) and Craig Womack (Chelsi); his grandchildren, Cayson, Holden, Carter and Cohen; his mother Rachel Osborne; his siblings, Butch Womack, Rhonda Wheeler, Mickey Womack, Kristi Medley and Steve Osborne; and his pet Abby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
