She was predeceased by: her parents, Brittain Bradshaw and Vivian Davis Bradshaw; and her siblings, Charles "Buck" Bradshaw, Norman E. Bradshaw, Eugene Bradshaw, Wayne Bradshaw and Evelyn Hogg.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Hayes; her daughter Patti Anderson; her granddaughter Brittainy Walker; her great grandchild Dante Walker; her brother Larry; and her sister-in-law Connie Bradshaw. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
