She was predeceased by: her husband Jim; and her parents, John S. Herndon, Sr. and Marguerite Miller Herndon. She is survived by: her children, Amy Lankford Bradley (Mike) of Cedartown and Bill Herndon Lankford (Darlene) of Ringgold, Georgia; her grandchildren, Marguerite Jaymes Bradley, Madison Abigail Lankford and Elijah Clarke Lankford; her sister-in-law Kay Herndon of Cedartown; and her close friends, Bill Cook, Stephen Cobb of Fernandina Beach, Brentz Turner and Billy Mitchell of Rome, Georgia.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
