She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Elder and Ona Estes Elder; her siblings, Arthur Elder, Cecil Elder and Dorothy Brown; and her sister-in-law Vera Lee Elder.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Espy; and her brothers, Bobby Elder (Linda Elder) and Lester Elder. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
