It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan McKelvey of Cedartown, Georgia, who passed away on September 18, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John D. Chandler and Minnie Hazel Steele Chandler. She is survived by: her husband Pat Rhodes McKelvey Jr.; her son John Christopher McKelvey (Kelly); and her grandchildren, Chandler McKelvey and Campbell McKelvey.
In accordance with the guidelines and recommendations set forth by the CDC, social distancing guidelines will be in place as well as the use of masks requested for all services provided for Mrs. Martha Joan Chandler McKelvey.
Mrs. McKelvey's family respectfully requests that floral arrangements be omitted and memorial contributions be made in her memory to Second Baptist Church of Cedartown at 152 Evergreen Lane, Cedartown, Georgia 30125.
