She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Roscoe Hayes and Vernie Golden Hayes. She is survived by: her husband Sammy Carl Parnell; her children, Jada Lameka, Cassandra Thrower (Ricky), Darlene Bradshaw (Kyle), Timmy Little (Stacey) and Rodney Little (Laura); and her sister Janice Williams (Ronnie). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and several other extended family.
The family respectfully requests that flowers be omitted and memorial contributions be made to Wimberly Hill Baptist Church in her memory.
