He was predeceased by: his father Luke Puckett; and his wife Myrtle Aleena Deaton Puckett. He is survived by: his children, Wayne (Jennifer Puckett), Barry (Debi Puckett), Kay (David Forston) and Lyndell (Ricky Mann); and his grandchildren, Keith Puckett, Mandy Blake, Amy McWilliams, Katie Puckett, Joseph Lamar Lankford, Job Larmar Lankford, Derek Mann, Kerry Mann, Kelly Wilkes, Jenna Steed and Fourteen. He is also survived by Fourteen Great Grandchildren.
