She was predeceased by: her parents, William Trotter, Sr. and Louise Wilson Trotter; and her siblings, Loraine Broom, William Trotter, Jr., James Trotter, Ray Trotter, Arthur Trotter and Alvin Trotter.
She is survived by: her husband Jessie Starley; her daughter Angela (Bobby Bannister); her grandchildren, Benjiman Knight Miranda (April), Stephanie Rayburn (Robert) and Rhonda Kerr; and her great grandchildren, Brianna Jordan, Martin Jordan, Claramae Coley, Kevin Spann and Ryan Wawsczyk. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
