He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Worsham and Annie Bell Edwards Worsham; his stepmother Naomi Worsham; and his brother Jimmy Franklin Worsham. He is survived by: his wife Janis Robertson Worsham; his children, Ernie (Karen Dukes), Courtney (Katy Worsham), Jeremy (Lisa Worsham), Tim (Brittany Clemons), Nikki (Noel Anson) and Emily Ridgeway (Paul Whaley); and his sisters, Dot Knight and Kathy Duke. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
