He is survived by: his children, Lori Ivey, Vicky Cobb and Levi Lowery; his siblings, Cheryl Johnson (David), Anthony Lowery (Kristen) and Michael Lowery (Carmen); and his grandchildren, Victoria Cobb, Jeremiah Cobb and Jillian Ivey.
