He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Herschel Stephens, Sr. and Bertie Moncrief Stephens; his wife Michi Takahashi Stephens; and his sister Jerry Stephens. He is survived by: his children, Tom Stephens, Kevin Stephens (Dawn) and Kim Stephens; his brother Mike Stephens; his grandchildren, Asa Stephens, Jonah Stephens, Miriam Stephens, Brian Rogers and Matthew Blake; and his great grandchildren, Jude Rogers and Sophia Blake.
The family is accepting flowers; however, donations can be made to the Eastview Baptist Church Building Fund.
