He was predeceased by: his parents, Zerrll Jack Kelley and Pauline Oaks Kelley; and his siblings, Wynell Alexander and Phil Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" Rogers Kelley; his children, Lisa Shiflett (Richard) and Doug Kelley (Cindy); his grandchildren, Clay Shiflett (Alice) and Kristen Shiflett; his stepgrandson Justin Evans (Anna); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Tristan, Chris, Gabe and Kherington; and his sister Jackie Scott (Clyde). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
