He is survived by: his wife Pamela Smith Campbell; his children, Mary Beth Bevel, Andy Larue Campbell, Trent Lee Mitchell, Chad Lee Campbell and Vivian Grace Ann Campbell; and his sister Linda Bryant Shaw. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
