He was predeceased by: his father Fred Newton Baker Sr.; and his brother Lloyd Baker. He is survived by: his wife Faye Baker; his mother Lorraine Elrod of Chatsworth, GA; his children, Teddy (Lynn Baker), Brandon Whitmore of Eton, GA and Crystal Ashcraft of Chatsworth, GA; his brother Donald; his sister-in-law Wanda Baker of Ft. Oglethorpe, GA; and his grandchildren, Kelsie Rogers of Chatsworth, GA, Corbin Ashcraft of Chatsworth, GA and Cambreigh Pettigrew of Chatsworth, GA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
