He was predeceased by : his father Antonio Aguilar. He is survived by : his wife Lourdes Rivas-Martinez; and his children, Jaqueline Hernandez, Maria Gonzalez, Brenda Gallardo, Lizbeth Gallardo, Amy Gallardo, Emily Gallardo, Juan Gallardo and Jaquelyne Gallardo. He is also survived by twelve brothers and sisters several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
