With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Ward (Chatsworth, Georgia), who passed away on September 16, 2021 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, W. L. Lyles and Ruth Lyles; and her brother Michael Lyles. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennie (Jeremy Perks) and Wendy (Andrew Cleghorn); her grandchildren, Randy, Laura Perks, Elizabeth and Jackson Cleghorn; her sisters, Debbie Davenport and Helen Hall; and her aunt Edna Owens. She is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephew.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made toward her final expenses.
