It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Joan Fernandez Drake of Chickamauga, Georgia, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Fernandez and Carrie Alice Wyant Fernandez; her husband Larry Drake; and her siblings, Carol Fernandez, Bill Fernandez and Glenn Fernandez.

She is survived by: her children, Roxanne Ledford (Rex Alan) and Curtis Shaw (Tammy); her sister Mary Lyons; and her grandchildren, Christopher Ledford, Jesse Ledford, Skylar Shaw and Colton Shaw. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
