She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Howard and Emma Forrester Mullinax; her grandparents, Melvin and Leota Mullinax; and her brothers, Larry A. Mullinax and Barry M. Mullinax.
She is survived by: her brothers, J. G. (Bonnie Mullinax) and Earnest (Jo Mullinax); and her sister-in-law Charlene Mullinax of Clarkesville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
