He is survived by: his son Wayne Chastain (Amanda) of Clayton, GA.; his stepson Jeffrey Carver of Orlando, FL.; his siblings, Leroy Chastain (Carolyn) of Dillard, GA., Max Chastain of Dillard, GA., Gary "Chub" Chastain of Dillard, GA., Linda Stewart (J. B.) of Otto, NC., Sue Owens of Dillard, GA. and Mary "Shorty" Billingsley (Jack) of Scaly Mtn; his grandchildren, Michael and Alyshia; and his great grandchild Delilah.
