He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Evans and Garland Evans; his wife Billie Evans; his brother Harry Evans; and his granddaughter Elizabeth Bruce.
He is survived by: his children, Edwina Evans Bruce (Keith), Katrina Evans Garrison, Delanie Evans, Jr., Sabrina Evans Sassoli and Robert Mago Evans (Angela); his granddaughters, Alexandra Bruce, Charlotte Bruce, Isabella Garrison and Caterina Sassoli; his great grandchild Felicity Bruce; and his siblings, Omega Collins (Roger) and Bob Evans (Eileen).
Considering the COVID-19 pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
