She was predeceased by: her parents, Hilton Jones and Martha Lillian Jones Watts; and her daughter Kimberly Michelle Cannon. She is survived by: her husband John Ashton Meggett; her children, Shelia Cannon of Clayton, GA, Terry Cannon (Amanda) of Albany, KY, Kevin Cannon of Flowery Branch, GA, Jennipher Meggett Jackson and Connie Matthews of Port St; her grandchildren, Ashley Caputo (Warren), Kylie Cannon (Josh Sims), Aaron Cannon, Bryce Cannon, Emma Cannon, Steven Meggett (Brittney), Angelique Jackson, Andrew Steinbach (Julie), Amanda Griffin (Chris) and Savannah Ruiz (Luke); her great grandchildren, Dax Caputo, Isaiah Sims, Jaxon Meggett, Mila Meggett, Barrett Steinbach and Axel Steinbach; her sisters, Phyllis Jones Ramey and Janice Jones Hembree; her siblings' children, Tonya Ramey (Jeff) and Wesley Hembree; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Melissa Duran, Sherry Taylor, Connie Beasley, Leah Cannon, Taphie Galloway and Marlene Defoor.
In lieu of flowers monetary donations are greatly appreciated to offset burial expenses.
