He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Russell Singleton and Genelia Beck Singleton. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Webb Singleton; his children, Stephen Singleton (Kim) of Westminster, SC., Rhonda Singleton of Williamston, SC., Cagney Mincemoyer of Clayton, GA. and Stonny Cintora of Clayton, GA.; and his brother Franklin C. Singleton (Barbara) of Clayton, GA.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
