She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Acree and Emma Wade Acree; her brother-in-law Robert Vardeman; and her grandson Dr. Sean Edward O'Rourke. She is survived by: her husband Guy Mullinax; her siblings, Elouise Acrey Vardeman and Charles Acree (Joyce); her children, Sandra, Barry Wood, Randy, Barbara Mullinax, Rhonda and Tim O'Rourke; her siblings' children, Rob Vardeman (Paula), Holli Clark (Matt) and Bonnie Acree; her grandchildren, Joy, Brad, Matthew, Hobie and Kaitlyn; her great grandchildren, Jenna, Tori, Amberley, Brittany, Corey, Devin, Levi and Lat; and her great great grandchild Camdyn.

Donations may be made to Hospice of Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Trinity United Methodist Church in Clermont, Georgia, or North Hall Lions Club.
