He is survived by : his stepfather Cupcake; his wife Michelle Thornton; his stepchildren, Reece, Lathem, Camden and Monroe; his siblings, Sarah Thornton, Kathleen Thornton, Destinie Thornton and Joshua Lloyd; his father James D. Thornton, Jr.; his grandfather James D. Thornton, Sr.; his uncles, Joey Chastain and Randy Cantrell; and his cousin Earl Williams. He is also survived by many friends and relatives.
