He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Charles Neff Sr. and Catherine T. O'Bryan; his wife Diana Cioban Sheehan; and his stepdaughter Sondra Sheehan. He is survived by: his stepson Greg; his daughter-in-law Erica Sheehan; his grandchildren, Kennedy Sloan and Meredith Lee; and his sisters, Kathleen (Steve Buchanan), Christina, Fung Chin of Charlotte, NC and Mary (Kirk Hurst). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Barrett Funeral Home (118 N Brooks St, Cleveland, GA 30528). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Yonah View Memorial Gardens (3265 Helen Hwy, Cleveland, GA 30528).
