He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward Minor Powell, Sr. and Opal Hull Powell; his wife Glenda Bush Powell; his children, Lane Powell and Kenneth Powell (Vicki); his grandchildren, Lindsey Powell and Luke Powell; his sister Alice Waldroup; his aunt Sherrill Dillinger; and his sister-in-law Sue Bush. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
