He is survived by: his wife Sue Smith Belflower of Empire; his sons, Alex Belflower (Lissa) and Alan Belflower (Rochelle) of Empire; and his grandchildren, Caleb Belflower, Tyler Belflower (Hannah), Kyle Belflower (Choice), Chris Belflower (Melissa), Nichole Belflower and Sara Peacock (Josh). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
